Job summary

Avania is hiring for Lead Clinical Research Associate to monitor medical device and MedTech studies with an emphasis on ethical and clinical standards. You will supervise monitoring activities, coordinate project-specific training, and serve as primary contact for study questions.

You will perform peer reviews of study documentation, represent Avania in conference calls, and collaborate with the Project Manager to meet study objectives. Travel approximately 25–30% of the time is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project-specific monitoring activities and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate project-specific training and study updates.
• Act as primary contact for study questions from the monitoring team and clients.
• Peer review of required study documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Represent Avania on study calls/meetings and collaborate with PM to meet objectives.
