The team is responsible for advising on complex securitization and structured finance transactions, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs).

This role is ideal for an attorney with approximately 5+ years of structured finance or securitization experience who is looking to take ownership of sophisticated transactions while partnering directly with business stakeholders at a leading global financial institution.
