NYC Health + Hospitals Queens Hospital Center seeks an experienced Social Work Supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative social work services. You will supervise staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with regulatory standards.

The role requires an active LCSW license (NYSED) and at least one year of supervisory experience in social work settings, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and experience.

Formación

• Valid LCSW license issued by NYSED.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in casework, group work or community organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provides clinical supervision to social work units and staff.
• Coordinates care with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Develops and implements social work treatment plans and discharge strategies.
• Maintains records and ensures compliance with NYC Health + Hospitals policies.
