University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Senior Instructor of Clinical Practice, to lead mental health initiatives on the Auraria Campus. The role includes clinical service provision, crisis management, and administrative leadership within the Health Center.

The position requires an LCSW in Colorado, a Master's in Social Work, and 1–2 years post-licensure experience. Onsite work on Auraria Campus, Denver, CO with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work required.
• Fully licensed as an LCSW in Colorado.
• 1–2 years post-licensure experience.
• Experience in higher education and medical health care preferred.
• Crisis management experience and supervision of MSW/LCSW candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead well-being initiatives and educational outreach across Auraria Campus.
• Provide direct clinical services and crisis management when needed.
• Participate in Health Center leadership overseeing operations and ARC supervision.
• Coordinate with campus partners and external entities for mental health services.
