  • Analyze and report inspection results in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, AS9100, and NADCAP requirements
  • Generate and review inspection reports, including First Article Inspection (FAI), qualification layouts, and multi‑piece studies
  • Apply metrology principles such as gage R&R, measurement uncertainty, and traceability standards
  • Interface with customers and suppliers to clarify requirements, present results, and support root cause analysis
  • Support troubleshooting of dimensional nonconformances and provide technical recommendations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including inspection efficiency, data processing, and workflow optimization
  • Mentor junior technicians and support training and development efforts
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy, consistency, and documentation
Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with OEM specifications such as Pratt & Whitney or GE
  • Experience with multi‑piece studies and statistical reporting
  • Scripting or automation experience (Python, GOM scripting, or similar)
  • Experience improving inspection workflows or developing internal processes
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $66,000 – $86,000, depending on experience
  • Opportunities for performance‑based bonuses and advancement into technical leadership roles
  • Competitive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
