Job summary

X-Bow Systems is seeking an experienced Launch Vehicle Integration and Test Engineer with 10+ years of aerospace experience to lead and coordinate integration and test operations across facilities, HWIL laboratories, vendor sites, environmental test facilities, and launch ranges. Travel and multi-location collaboration are required.

The role emphasizes planning, execution, test readiness reviews, documentation, and reporting, with a focus on safety protocols and EGSE/MGSE interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field.
• 10 years of experience in aerospace or launch vehicle integration and test operations.
• Experience leading and performing integration and test operations for complex aerospace systems.
• Experience supporting PDR, CDR, and TRR processes.
• Ability to develop and execute integration and test plans and procedures.
• Strong systems engineering understanding and problem-solving abilities.

• Develop integration and test plans, procedures, and schedules for launch vehicle systems and subsystems.
• Coordinate integration and test activities across facilities, vendors, and test ranges.
• Develop test procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols; lead readiness assessments.
