Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an offense-free record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple maintenance crews to ensure quality completion of contracts.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly schedules and material needs.
• Perform regular site visits and audits to evaluate quality and client satisfaction.
• Communicate project progress and operational priorities to Area Manager.
• Lead training for new hires and skill development for staff.
