Job summary

Mainscape is seeking an experienced crew leader to manage landscape maintenance crews across mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and installation tasks. You will plan workloads, supervise crew members, and ensure safety and quality on each project.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, mentoring staff, and maintaining equipment. Strong leadership and communication with clients are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading landscaping crews and training staff.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage work for crew members.
• Strong emphasis on safety policies and PPE usage.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and Team Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and installation tasks for crews.
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects meet timeframes and quality standards.
• Discipline and reward crewmembers as needed while promoting Mainscape’s standards.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, safety devices, and field reports.
• Interface with clients to report progress and resolve issues.
