Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture design and project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Strong technical understanding of planting design, irrigation systems, grading, and sustainable site design practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff.
• Develop creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions.
• Present design concepts and project updates to clients.
• Coordinate with in-house civil engineers and other disciplines.
• Prepare site plans, planting plans, and construction details.
• Review plans for compliance with applicable codes.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress.
