You will manage client relationships, sell projects, and oversee them from start to finish, backed by full admin, sales, and marketing support.

This entrepreneurial role offers uncapped earning potential, a base of $150k–$185k, quarterly bonuses, and a culture of collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience
• Proven leadership and sales skills
• Exceptional communication, time management, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients, prepare proposals, and close new business.
• Serve as the lead designer on all your projects.
• Manage the entire design process and client experience.
• Oversee your design team and ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain quality control across plans, graphics, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution.
