As a Land Surveyor – Survey Technician, you will work independently or with mentoring to perform construction staking and produce 3D models, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveying License in the State of Missouri.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in operating Trimble survey equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineering plans and construction documents, correspondence, and memos.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our insurer.

Responsibilities

• Execute boundary, easement, deed and title review.
• Perform boundary surveys independently or with mentoring.
• Conduct construction staking across multiple industries.
• Produce 3D models and road corridors.
