What You'll Do:

As a senior leader within our Site Civil group, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide Technical Leadership: Guide planning, engineering design, permitting, and construction-related activities, including technical reviews, calculations, reports, drawings, specifications, and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with internal teams, clients, subconsultants, contractors and regulatory agencies to successfully deliver projects.
What You'll Bring:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering and project management, with a strong background in private-sector site civil land development projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing private land development projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction.
  • Massachusetts Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
  • Established relationships with private developers, property owners, clients, and local regulatory agencies.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams, mentoring technical professionals, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, and client expectations.
  • Strong business development skills, including identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting proposals and project pursuits.
