Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a laboratory setting with 2+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a Master’s in a relevant field within 3 years of hire.
• ASCP Medical Laboratory Scientist certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more functional areas and supervise staff, including subordinate supervisors.
• Evaluate and improve department processes while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with leadership to support budgeting and operational goals, and optimize workflows across delivery settings.
