Job summary

The Lilly Medicine Foundry is seeking an Informatics Engineer to implement and support digital laboratory solutions across LIMS, ELN, CDS, and MES systems. You will serve as IT SME, contributing to design, validation, and data integrity to meet regulatory expectations.

Based in Indianapolis, IN, with a hybrid model at the Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, this role requires a Bachelor’s in IT/science and 3+ years in a GMP-regulated setting, translating lab workflows into IT requirements using

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in IT, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in information technology, engineering, computer system validation, quality control support, or a related area.
Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) methodology.

Responsibilities

Lead system design and configuration sessions for LIMS, LES, ELN, and CDS platforms translating processes into validated solutions.
Develop and implement IQ, OQ, PQ protocols in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
Lead data integrity requirements across lab systems and ensure audit readiness for regulatory inspections.
Coordinate instrument integration and data flows between lab equipment and LIMS/LES platforms.
