ManpowerGroup is seeking a Lab Tech Sr. for the 3rd shift in Santa Rosa, CA. The role supports analytical testing workflows with strict adherence to SOPs and documentation practices. Ideal candidates have a chemistry background and one year of analytical-lab experience.

The position involves data processing, instrument handling of GC/MS/LC/MS/MS, and accurate reporting while maintaining Chain of Custody records and LIS entry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an analytical lab.
• Ability to work safely with biological specimens, chemicals, equipment.
• Experience with lab documentation practices, including Chain of Custody and batch records.
• Comfort with GC/MS and/or LC/MS/MS instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow SOPs to support compliant testing.
• Identify analyzed samples and verify batch sequence accuracy.
• Process instrument data and generate reports for review.
• Conduct first review of GC/MS and/or LC/MS/MS data per assay SOP.
• Transcribe or upload results to the LIS with proper batch documentation.
