Job summary

Mission Multiplier is seeking a high-impact Sr. System Administrator (Lab Operations) to support NSWC PCD contract execution. You will lead advanced infrastructure engineering, network design, and systems leadership for modeling, simulation, training, and other information systems to ensure uptime and scalability.

You will architect and oversee SWIL/HWIL environments, drive configuration control, and mentor junior staff across complex DoD lab environments.

Qualifications

10+ years of civilian or military system administration experience.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
Advanced OS CE certifications (Windows Server, RedHat/Linux, or Cisco CCNP/CCNA).
Expert-level experience with physical/virtual servers, enterprise networks, and shared storage.
Proven track record in configuration management and DR for complex lab environments.
CompTIA Security+ certification.
Active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, operating systems, network switches, and storage arrays.
Managing user access and virtualization environments; overseeing configuration control for lab baselines.
Ensuring systems meet DoD/Navy security baselines by applying patches and STIGs, maintaining CSWF certifications.
