Qualifications

• Three or more years of laboratory experience, including at least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day activities within the research laboratory.
• Act as liaison between lab and administrative offices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Develop laboratory guidelines and maintain procedures manuals.
• Train incoming personnel in appropriate lab conduct.

Skills

Operational knowledge of advanced lab equipment
