UL Solutions seeks a highly skilled professional to support calibration and development of laboratory instrumentation and automation. You will calibrate, operate and validate test systems, while ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; formal program of study required.
Typically 6 years of direct calibration and/or development experience with lab instrumentation, automation tools and processes.
Ability to make tactical decisions and leverage diverse team knowledge.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills across global teams.

Responsibilities

Develops, designs, documents, and applies new lab instrumentation and automation for testing or upgrading lab infrastructure.
Supports installation, testing and validation of new or revised instrumentation to ensure quality and user requirements.
Operates designated laboratory equipment and tools as directed.
Responds to requests to repair/modify existing lab instrumentation and systems.
