Job summary

Kaiser Permanente Moreno Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse leader to provide professional nursing care using the nursing process, aligned with standards, policies, and the center's mission. You will promote quality, dignity, and respect for patients, families, and the health care team.

Responsibilities include leading the care team, developing care plans, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating across disciplines. A California RN license is required; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recent full-time equivalent experience in an L&D unit or approved KP L&D program with ACLS, NRP within 60 days of hire and AFM within 12 months
• California RN license; BLS, NRP, ACLS, AFM certifications required

Responsibilities

• Lead the health care team; delegate tasks and ensure patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care reflecting assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, legible documentation and use computer systems for patient care.
• Ensure patient safety, respond to needs, and promote respectful, patient-centered care.
