Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in large infrastructure projects.
• Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience beyond simple usage.
• Strong debugging skills across complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the Kubernetes scheduler for Anthropic's fleet.
• Scale the Kubernetes control plane to exceed typical limits.
• Design and operate core cluster services.
