Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or related field is required.
• 3+ years in content strategy, taxonomy design, and change management.
• 3 years’ experience in business process and multinational information management.
• KM platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence), AI-powered search, SQL, CMS, and data analytics tools.
• Ability to engage stakeholders, lead teams, and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain interactive IM products for visual analysis of USSOCOM networks.
• Develop an IM plan describing how team members search, tag, file, and update information.
• Coordinate with USSOCOM staff and TSOCs to ensure a holistic PN SOF view.
• Coordinate with USW-I BICES program to align SIPR and BICES information.
• Develop and maintain J3-I long and short-range calendars.
• Coordinate IM/KM plans with KM reps to ensure access across SOCOM.
• Perform close-out and escort duties as part of Security Procedure.
• Categorize information by storage location and release recipients.
