AgencyHires seeks an elite Klaviyo marketer to own email programs for multiple high‑performing eCommerce brands. You’ll design flows, campaigns, segmentation, and deliverability, turning data into revenue with precise testing and clean systems.

You’ll manage 8+ accounts, document core flows, and drive decisions with actionable reports. This is a full‑time, hands‑on role with weekend availability when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience in an agency or multi-client environment.
• Strong in flows, segmentation, analytics and deliverability.
• Experience with brands doing $3M–$10M+ in annual revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own Klaviyo for multiple high performing eCommerce brands.
• Build, QA, and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome, abandon, post purchase, winback, etc).
• Campaign execution: build, schedule, segment, QA, report, iterate.
• Ensure list hygiene and deliverability; monitor sender reputation.
• Foster a fast testing culture and maintain SOPs.
