Sodexo is seeking a Senior Kitchen Supervisor at Fort Valley State University in Fort Valley, GA. You will oversee daily food-service operations on-site, coordinating staff across cafeterias, coffee counters, events, and catering to deliver quality meals and strong customer service.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience with supervisory responsibilities; the position offers full-time hours, varied shifts, and a pay range of $17–$20 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Kitchen Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
