Sodexo at Fort Valley State University in Fort Valley, GA is seeking a Senior Kitchen Supervisor to oversee on-site food operations, including fast casual, cafeterias, and events. This full-time position requires strong multitasking, teamwork, and a commitment to a safe, productive work environment.

You will support management, help train staff, ensure quality and service, resolve guest concerns, and maintain reliable shift coverage on afternoons/evenings with some weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site oversight of food operations under management.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean working environment for all employees.
• Facilitate staff orientation and training.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure quality and service; resolve issues.
