Job summary

ThreatLocker, Inc. is seeking a Kernel Software Developer in Orlando, FL to join our team. You will develop and maintain kernel-level code across core infrastructures for Windows, Linux and macOS environments, focusing on secure, scalable systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of professional software development experience, strong C programming skills, and hands-on experience with kernel internals and device drivers. CI/CD knowledge and willingness to travel as needed are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in C programming.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and/or macOS operating systems.
• Experience in kernel-level development and driver interfaces.
• Exposure to system software development and Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug and test kernel-level code in C.
• Validate system behavior from user space and understand user-space APIs.
• Support design, development, and maintenance of major system components.
• Lead device driver development and support (USB, network, graphics, storage, etc.).
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
