Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Kafka/Middleware Administrator to manage Confluent Platform environments, provide L3 production support, and drive automation across CI/CD pipelines. You will troubleshoot complex Kafka issues, scale deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include design reviews, configuration management, and implementing observability with Prometheus and Grafana, while ensuring security and compliance in an enterprise

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of Middleware / Messaging Administration experience.
• Strong ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Proven experience in automation, production stability, and operational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for specific modules and document linkages clearly.
• Facilitate creation of application solution designs under project guidance.
• Review code, resolve technical queries, and ensure replication patterns align with standards.
• Perform root-cause analysis to troubleshoot recurring issues and upgrade interfaces.
• Collaborate with teams to validate configurations and facilitate deployment.
• Prepare user training materials and minimize transition risks.
