Trilyon, Inc. seeks a Senior Technology Architect with 10+ years of experience in event streaming and Kafka platform engineering. Hybrid work in Tunnel Hill, GA, with strong Kubernetes, Confluent Platform, and cloud-native expertise to design, deploy, and manage complex data streaming solutions.

The role requires hands-on work with Kafka security, monitoring, and scaling, plus Terraform/GitOps automation and end-to-end platform reliability in AWS/Azure/GCP environments.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in event streaming, Kafka platform engineering, Kubernetes, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka, Confluent Platform, and Confluent Cloud, including cluster design and topic management.
• Experience deploying Confluent Platform on Kubernetes using Confluent for Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, GitOps, and CI/CD automation is required.

Responsabilidades

• Kafka platform setup and environment standardization.
• Cluster upgrades and certificate renewal.
• ZooKeeper to KRaft migration planning and execution.
• Disaster recovery support and capacity planning.
• Incident resolution and production readiness reviews.
• Designing monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and other tools.
• Supporting cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, or GCP, including networking and IAM.
• Using Terraform for Confluent Cloud provisioning, including environments, clusters, topics, and access automation.
