Fulton County State Court is seeking a Judicial Litigation Manager to lead the criminal docket, supervise staff, and coordinate with attorneys and agencies. The role focuses on case-flow management, calendar creation, and ensuring timely court proceedings.

The position requires paralegal certification with an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of supervisory experience in a legal setting. Transcript submission may be required at employment.

Competenze

• Paralegal certificate and associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, organizational management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a court system, criminal justice agency, in-house law department or law firm environment.
• 2 years of lead or supervisory experience in a legal or court-related setting.
• Official transcripts may be required for degrees used to qualify.

• Lead and manage all aspects of the criminal litigation docket for the assigned judge/division.
• Provide case-flow direction, coordinate logistics for trials and hearings, and publish court calendars.
• Develop and monitor case-management plans; analyze statistical data and generate reports.
• Act as liaison between the judge, county, state and federal agencies and attorneys.
