Job summary

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta is seeking an experienced journeyman plumber to service, repair, and replace plumbing systems in the Buckhead area and surrounding neighborhoods. The role covers Midtown, Virginia-Highland, and Decatur with a dense, high-value call volume and a tight geography for efficient daily routing.

The ideal candidate will operate with a strong commitment to quality work, safety, and customer satisfaction, and participate in a comprehensive training curriculum

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber with senior level responsibilities.
• Licensing requirements must be satisfied.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License is required.
• Confident communicator with customers.
• Willing to learn flat-rate pricing and service tools (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call.
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service.
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly.
• Ensures the job was completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.
• Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed.
• Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work.
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times.
