Summary

SMS Staffing is seeking a seasoned Journeyman Electrician with strong expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and complex electrical installations. Responsibilities

• Systems Mastery: Expertly troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems in both residential and commercial environments.
• Technical Planning: Read and execute work from blueprints, schematics, and detailed written instructions.
• Independence: Manage job sites and projects with minimal supervision while maintaining high safety standards.
• Full-Cycle Service: Handle everything from minor residential repairs to large-scale commercial maintenance.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Current Journeyman Electrician License.
• Experience: 10 - 15+ years of proven electrical experience.
• Code Knowledge: Deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Tools: Must possess a complete set of personal hand and power tools.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a team-player attitude.
