Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Electrician license is required.
• 7–10 years of commercial/industrial or mission-critical electrical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical distribution up to 480V.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical distribution systems to 480V in data centers and critical facilities.
• Read and interpret electrical one-line diagrams, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Lead electrical projects and mentor apprentice/journeyman electricians.
• Participate in change management, maintenance planning, and safety protocols (LOTO, arc flash).
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation of tests, inspections, and outages.

This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and inspection of mission-critical electrical infrastructure supporting data centers, network operations facilities, central utility plants, and other critical business operations.The successful candidate will possess extensive experience working with complex electrical distribution systems where reliability, resiliency, safety, and uptime are paramount. This individual must be capable of working independently, leading electrical projects, mentoring team members, and supporting critical infrastructure that operates in a 24/7 environment.This role is ideal for a seasoned electrician seeking a stable daytime schedule while contributing to a highly professional critical facilities operation.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical distribution systems up to 480V.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:Switchgear and switchboardsCircuit breakersAutomatic Transfer Switches (ATS)Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systemsEmergency generatorsPower Distribution Units (PDUs)Static Transfer Switches (STS)Motor Control Centers (MCCs)Electrical distribution panels and associated infrastructureSupport electrical systems serving data centers, network operations facilities, central plants, and mission-critical building infrastructure.
