Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a seasoned professional to advise on the four Phases of the Joint Training Program and support the USTRANSCOM policy, plans, procedures, actions, and milestones essential for managing the Joint Training Program.

Responsibilities include developing training objectives, scheduling joint events, and assisting in evaluation and reporting of performance measures. Requires ability to travel CONUS and overseas as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with planning and executing joint training and using joint training procedures.
• Knowledge of joint doctrine and training guidance.
• Ability to analyze training assessments and lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on the four Phases of the Joint Training Program.
• Support USTRANSCOM in establishment, revision, and execution of the Joint Training Program.
• Assist with development and reporting of command performance measures and annual reports.
• Coordinate Joint Exercise Planning and Control Groups for command post exercises.
