- Manage styles through the full development lifecycle, from initial design handoff through prototyping, sampling, revisions, approvals, and production.
- Review prototypes and samples for design accuracy, proportion, construction, quality, color, finish, and overall execution.
- Provide factories with clear and actionable sample comments and revisions.
- Troubleshoot technical and production challenges while maintaining the integrity of the original design.
- Track multiple styles simultaneously and ensure development remains on schedule.
- Maintain organized records of samples, revisions, approvals, specifications, and production status.

- Based in New York City or willing to relocate before the position’s start date.
- Available to work in person from our New York City office.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for someone who is more than a conceptual designer. This person should have a strong creative eye while also understanding how jewelry is developed, constructed, and produced.
You should be comfortable owning a design from the first sketch through CAD, technical specifications, factory handoff, sample revisions, and final production approval. You are proactive, organized, technically knowledgeable, and highly attentive to the details that transform an idea into an exceptional finished product.
Most importantly, you bring a distinct design perspective while understanding how to translate that vision into a product that feels unmistakably SAME.
