Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Sr. Financial Business Systems Analyst to optimize JD Edwards for finance and accounting operations.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into effective JD Edwards solutions, while delivering high-quality results and building strong cross-functional relationships. Based in the Doylestown, PA area, this on-site role emphasizes process improvement, data integrity, and compliance, with a focus on driving efficiency and business

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in JD Edwards financial modules/processes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in accounting/finance/IS.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into JD Edwards solutions.
Understand key financial processes: general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, system utilization, and KPIs.
Design practical JD Edwards solutions with ERP development teams.
Provide hands-on support and training to drive JD Edwards adoption.
Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements to implementation, managing scope, budget, timelines and quality.
Continuously improve by applying best practices and measurable improvements.
Maintain documentation and data quality for JD Edwards processes.
Stay current with JD Edwards releases, capabilities, and industry best practices.
Support security, compliance, and change management related to JD Edwards.
