Prolific is seeking JavaScript Experts to join its Expert Network to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using real engineering expertise. You’ll complete a short skills test and, if successful, join Prolific as a participant, getting paid to train and evaluate AI models from home.

Researchers paying for your skills can offer up to $50 per hour. You should be ready to tackle tasks that may take about an hour, though many tasks are shorter.

Qualifikationen

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Professional experience building scalable web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Ability to solve LeetCode Medium to Hard-level problems in JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of the Event Loop, closures, prototypical inheritance, and asynchronous patterns (Promises, async/await).
• Code quality: modularity, readability, and adherence to modern ES6+ standards.
• Attention to detail: spotting memory leaks, security vulnerabilities (XSS, prototype pollution) in model-generated code.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate AI-generated JavaScript and TypeScript code for functional correctness and best practices.
• Validate logic and reasoning in step-by-step explanations for complex algorithms.
• Conduct execution testing in Node.js or browser environments to verify performance.
• Annotate model performance by identifying inefficient solutions or deprecated methods.
• Refine technical logic through feedback on frontend/backend architecture discussions.
