Ollie is seeking a Web Developer in Harrisburg, PA to design, code, test, and implement web applications that deliver new functionality and long-term value. You will work with IT and business teams, and leverage Claude AI-assisted development to improve productivity, code quality, and documentation.

The role requires 5+ years of Java development, with Java EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and solid SQL experience (MySQL, DB2, Snowflake).

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing Java-based applications.
• Proficiency in core Java development and Java EE components.
• Hands-on experience developing Java web applications using Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
• Experience using Claude or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with developing REST API and working with XML/JSON data formats.
• Advanced SQL skills (MySQL, DB2, Snowflake) and cloud integrations.
• Strong SDLC understanding and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and implement software components and enhancements.
• Integrate with internal and external systems, APIs, or web services.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle for new features and enhancements.
• Apply Claude AI tools to explore solutions while ensuring code is secure and compliant.
• Conduct system and functional testing to ensure quality and performance.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and QA teams to validate solutions.
• Complete any additional responsibilities as assigned.
