Job summary

The Themesoft Inc team is seeking an experienced Java FSD/Tech Lead to drive hands-on development and architectural guidance on complex projects. You will lead multiple developers, conduct code reviews, and shape REST API design and Swagger UI implementations.

Ideal candidates bring 11–13 years of Java experience, strong AWS and SQL skills, and a track record of leading teams in an onsite, contract-based role.

Qualifications

• 11-13 years of Java development experience, including leadership as Tech Lead.
• Strong AWS, SQL, and REST API design skills.
• Proven ability to lead multiple developers, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural guidance.
• Experience implementing Swagger UI for REST services.
• Hands-on with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube and Veracode.
• Experience with Kafka and enterprise databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
• Familiar with React and cloud technologies; test automation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development with Java and Spring Boot, leading as Tech Lead.
• Guide architecture and code reviews, while mentoring developers.
• Design and develop REST APIs and Swagger UI implementations.
• Oversee CI/CD using GitLab; integrate SonarQube/Veracode.
• Collaborate with UX/Design/Product; work with Kafka; work with SQL Server/Oracle.
