• 8-12 years hands‑on experience building software solutions in an enterprise environment using Java/JEE
• Minimum 1 year experience using RabbitMQ to include: RabbitMQ messaging design, experience setting up RabbitMQ clusters, and experience with exchanges, failover, performance testing RabbitMQ, writing producer/consumer, etc.,
• Good experience in trouble shooting common Rabbit MQ performance bottlenecks
• Hands‑on experience with Spring and related projects
• Experience with OAuth2, UI and Microservice is a plus
