Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Newark, Delaware seeks an experienced Middleware Engineer with strong Java and shell scripting skills and cloud experience to deliver scalable integration solutions.

You will work across the SDLC in an agile environment, leveraging OpenShift, REST/SOAP services, and multiple ORM frameworks while collaborating with business partners.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a Bachelor in CS, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of UNIX/Linux and Java development experience.
• Strong SQL experience with DB2, Oracle or MS SQL Server.
• Cloud experience with OpenShift preferred.
• Java/J2EE and OOD expertise.
• Strong Spring experience; Spring Batch or Spring Integration a plus.
• At least one ORM: iBatis/MyBatis, Hibernate, or JPA.
• SOA, REST/SOAP, CXF, JAXWS/JAXRS, JSON, XML knowledge.
• Maven, TDD and CI, JUnit, Mockito proficiency.
• IDE: Eclipse, RAD or similar.
• SPA front-end development; JS/HTML/CSS/Ajax basics.
• Version control: Bitbucket, GitHub, SVN.
• Agile/Iterative development and full SDLC.
• Stored Procedures, NDMs, AutoSys; Hadoop, Kafka, MQ familiarity.
• This role targets a detail-oriented middleware developer with Java and shell scripting skills and cloud experience.

Responsabilidades

• UNIX/LINUX commands and shell scripting focus.
• Strong SQL development for DB2/Oracle/MS SQL Server.
• Cloud experience required (OpenShift preferred).
• Java/J2EE development and OOD practices.
• Spring framework usage (Batch/Integration advantageous).
• ORM usage with MyBatis, Hibernate or JPA.
• Develop REST/SOAP services (CXF/JAX-WS/JAX-RS) and data formats.
• Maven-based builds; TDD/CI with JUnit/Mockito.
• IDE work (Eclipse/RAD) and SPA front-end basics.
• Version control with Bitbucket/GitHub/SVN.
• Agile/SDLC participation; Stored Procedures, NDMs, AutoSys tasks.
• Hadoop, Kafka, MQ involvement; Copilot usage as needed.
• Detail-oriented middleware development with Java and shell scripting; cloud experience.
