TechDigital Group in Miami seeks a senior Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js. You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and offshore teams to drive high-quality digital solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, API and microservice development, cloud deployment, and adherence to security and testing practices.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Proven experience building full‑stack apps with React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices
• Solid understanding of debugging, performance tuning, and best practices
• Experience with unit testing and code quality standards
• Hands‑on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions
• Strong communication with onsite and offshore teams
• Experience with AI Chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Exposure to Generative AI and LLM integrations
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of container deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Mentoring developers and leading technical discussions

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js.
• Build, enhance, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for business‑critical apps.
• Perform hands‑on coding, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical guidance to offshore teams and support delivery.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Follow best practices for code quality, security, testing, and SDLC processes.
• Contribute to AI chatbot and RAG initiatives when applicable.
• Mentor developers and lead technical discussions.
