TechDigital Group is hiring in Charlotte, North Carolina for a role focused on system design and development. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience with Java, SpringBatch, and AWS, serving as the primary contact for design activities and coordinating stakeholder interactions.

You will conduct code reviews, assist team members, and ensure successful application deployments. Strong skills in microservices and container technologies are essential for success in this position.

Job Description:

• Prepare system flow diagram and low-level design document.
• Primary key point of contact for design and development.
• Assist Team members with their technical queries.
• Conduct Reviews on the code developed by the team.
• Participate in peer reviews and testing activities.
• Review/approve merge requests.
• Assist with application deployments and releases.
• Coordinate with the stakeholders of the project.
• Knowledge transfer to the our financial client Sustain (PO, PE) team and other squads as part of each deployment to production.
