Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Developer to design, develop, and support Workflow/Case Solutions. The role focuses on Java/J2EE applications, RESTful APIs, and Dojo-based UI components within a collaborative, enterprise environment.

You will work on integration with backend systems, performance optimization, and adherence to SDLC standards while contributing to agile/DevOps processes. Office-based with potential flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE applications and batch processes.
• Develop UI components and client-side functionality using JavaScript and Dojo.
• Write and optimize database queries to support functionality and performance.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs for integration and modernization.
• Integrate applications with backend systems and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Adhere to coding standards, security practices, and SDLC processes.
• Perform duties as assigned.
