• Experience building Java/Spring applications. Must understand the Java platform.
• Familiarity with dynamic languages like Groovy, Clojure, Ruby, Python, Lisp.
• Comfortable using the command line.
• Exposure to web frameworks like Lift, Play, Roo, Ruby On Rails, Django.
• Understanding of some sort of View Technologies like JSP, Tiles, Sitemesh.
• Knowledge of Java libraries like log4j and Tomcat.
• Passionate about software development; personal dev projects are a plus.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Positive, helpful demeanor for client interactions.
