Centillion Infotech LLC in Columbus, OH invites a seasoned Lead Java Full Stack Developer to drive the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale banking platforms. You will own microservices, cloud-native apps on GCP, and a modern frontend with Vue.js and TypeScript.

The role demands 10+ years of Java experience, proficiency in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Vue.js, and Kubernetes, plus strong SQL Server and Kafka skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise Java development experience in large-scale production environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Multithreading, JVM tuning, and distributed systems.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance microservices and event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including Stored procedures, Query optimization, Indexing strategies, Performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Redis and distributed caching technologies is highly preferred.
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on expertise with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), including Helm Charts, Auto-scaling, Kubernetes networking, Secure ingress configurations, Service discovery, Cloud-native deployments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines for cloud-native application deployments.
• Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, availability, and performance across enterprise production environments.
• Implement and support observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting using platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Dynatrace.
• Manage GCP IAM and security controls in accordance with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, Architecture, QA, and Business teams.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting high-volume production environments is required.
• Experience in large-scale retail or e-commerce environments is preferred.
• Exposure to supply chain or warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Exposure to Service Mesh technologies is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise banking applications using Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Vue.js, and TypeScript.
• Build scalable microservices, responsive frontend applications, and high-performance APIs.
• Drive application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, security, and performance in production environments.
• Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews.
