Job summary

SVATS, Inc. is seeking a Sr Java Full Stack Developer for a hybrid Dallas role. The candidate will work on Java/Spring Boot backends, Docker/Kubernetes, and NoSQL databases, while delivering frontend components with React or Angular.

You will build and operate microservices and RESTful APIs, leverage Kafka for messaging, and implement CI/CD practices across the stack. The role emphasizes AWS-based, event-driven architectures and collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Cassandra or other NoSQL databases, and at least one frontend technology such as React, ReactJS, Redux, Angular, AngularJS, ExtJS, JQuery, or NodeJS.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and RESTful microservices development.
• Experience with messaging and integration frameworks such as Kafka.
• Establish strong engineering practice through CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Spinnaker), automated testing and load testing (e.g., Blazemeter), and production observability/monitoring (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace).
• Design, deploy, and operate scalable, event-driven micros-services on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, serverless compute, and messaging patterns.
• Partner with product, design, data, architecture, and risk/control stakeholders to deliver secure, stable, and scalable AI solutions that solve real business problems

Responsibilities
