A leading technology staffing firm is seeking a Sr. JAVA Full Stack Developer for a contract role based in Westlake Village, CA. The developer will work on Java technologies and be involved in all phases of software development. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices, and AWS Cloud experience is highly preferred. Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, primarily with Java.
• Financial services background, especially in mortgages, is a strong plus.
• AI engineering exposure, including use of AI coding tools, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software using Java technologies.
• Utilize modern engineering practices and methodologies.
• Prepare and deploy applications in production AWS environments.
• Troubleshoot, respond to, and resolve issues in live systems.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects independently.
