The role focuses on building scalable microservices, REST APIs, Angular TypeScript front-ends, and deploying on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes, while guiding Agile teams and mentoring engineers.

Strong hands-on coding background and 10+ years IT experience required; 3+ years people leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Hands-on coding experience with modern Java stack.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and REST APIs.
• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Java applications.
• Design and develop scalable applications using Java Full Stack technologies.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and Microservices.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work with AWS cloud services for application deployment.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage sprint delivery.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best development practices.
