Job summary

L&T Technology Services is seeking a Java Full Stack Architect for an on-site role in the United States. The ideal candidate will demonstrate SME-level expertise in Enterprise Java 8/17, Spring Boot, NoSQL, and large-scale web services, with hands-on experience in OpenSearch, Solr, and messaging systems like Kafka.

You will mentor juniors, conduct code reviews, and drive high-quality deliverables with zero defects.

Qualifications

• Expert in core Java / J2EE fundamentals.
• Very strong NoSQL database management skills are essential.
• Expert analytical skills and problem-solving ability a must.
• Good experience with web services or JMS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge on Agile development methodology is a plus.
• Must be capable of doing code reviews and mentoring the junior developers to drive towards high quality deliverables.
• Strong background culture of delivering projects with first time right / zero defects in production.
