Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Java Full Stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST API development.
• Hands-on React development using TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience integrating LLMs/SLMs, RAG, MCP into applications.
• Experience developing cloud-native apps on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless compute.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Spinnaker.
• Experience with automated and performance testing.
• Experience with production monitoring tools like Splunk/Dynatrace.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in NYC, Plano, or Columbus; US citizen or Green Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-grade solutions integrating AI, LLMs, MCP, RAG and agent orchestration.
• Build end-to-end capabilities with React/TypeScript frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend.
• Design and operate scalable microservices on AWS with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Spinnaker.
• Develop automated tests and perform performance/load testing.
• Implement observability and monitoring to ensure stability.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, architecture and risk stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and communicate progress clearly.
