Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking a Java Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain full stack Spring Boot applications in an Agile SDLC. This role emphasizes developing enterprise Java solutions, API design, data modeling, and automated testing to ensure robust, scalable services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
4–7 years of software engineering experience
Experience with Java development technologies
Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
Experience with SQL Server

Responsibilities

Full stack design and development of Spring Boot components and migration of legacy components
Design and develop APIs for front end or partner consumption
Create data models for persistence
Collaborate with analysts and team to understand business requirements
Participate in design meetings and analyze user needs
Write technical specifications
Develop automated unit, component, and scenario tests
Code reviews and secure coding practices
